Social Planning Committee

Social Committee members are asked to participate in planning meetings to discuss and coordinate upcoming parish events. They work collaboratively to help organize and carry out a variety of activities that contribute to the success of each event.

Depending on the event and individual availability, responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with catering orders and food preparation
• Reserving and preparing the event space
• Selling tickets and welcoming guests
• Serving food and refreshments
• Organizing games and activities
• Securing prizes and raffle items
• Assisting with other event-related tasks as needed

Members are also expected to assist with both the set-up before the event and the clean-up afterward, helping to ensure that each gathering is welcoming, well-organized, and enjoyable for all participants.

The Social Committee plays an important role in fostering fellowship and building a strong sense of community within our parish. A willingness to serve, work as part of a team, and contribute where needed is greatly appreciated.
